Outrageous Summoner

: Finish this testimonial

Well, it is very short, I know, it is indeed the shortest book among the books I have written. But it shouldn't be too sudden to finish here?

In fact, it should be seen from the early stage that this book will not be a very long book. Of course, according to the original plan, it should be a little longer than it should be now.

As the first original transformation work, this book has achieved the expected results, and has also successfully obtained the badge of the starting point boutique channel. A big thank you to all the readers who have given their subscription support, thank you very much!

Unfortunately, the results failed to stabilize after the launch, which naturally exposed many problems.

Looking back now, looking at the entire process of this book from the initial planning stage to the present, I personally concluded that the core and biggest problem-I don’t know if any book friends have noticed it during this period, that is, it was originally a book Play cards.

That's right, a card game in the literal sense, as I mentioned in the final testimonial of the Duel City book, a worldview, rule system and card design are all original card games.

Among them, the designs of magic spirits, spell cards, and trap cards are obviously borrowed from Yu-Gi-Oh, and the rule system is also based on Yu-Gi-Oh, combined with elements of other card games, as well as magic spirit upgrades and spiritual engraving summoning. The system is also very obvious that it should be the rules of the game.

Even the duel design for the fights in the first few chapters I had already done.

But when I tentatively put forward this idea in the final testimonial of Duel City, most of the book friends in the chapter review at that time said they were not optimistic. Everyone thinks that an original card game may be very incomprehensible to read.

But I didn't give up at that time, I still finished the first draft first. Later, I submitted the manuscript to the editor, and the editor also said that he had never seen such a subject in the online article market, and did not recommend it.

After discussing it with the more familiar authors, everyone also felt that the risk was too great and it would be likely to flutter.

So I made a major revision on this basis, and changed it from a card-playing story to a more traditional card text that combines the elements of the beasts.

So this book came out.

I didn't realize it when I first opened the pit, but the more I wrote about it, the more problems caused by this setting change.

Because it is a very bold attempt to make original playing card texts, I tried to make the story as routine as possible when designing the plot to fit the online text market.

To put it simply, it is old bottles of new wine, and writing a completely original poker story using the classic and old-fashioned Shuangwen routines as much as possible. I think this can somewhat improve readers' acceptance of this adventurous attempt.

So many people may find that this book will have a lot of changes in style compared to the book I opened before. I try to incorporate elements of popular classics as much as possible to make my niche themes more acceptable.

Whether that will work or not I have no way of knowing. Because when the draft was finalized, the original poker system had been abandoned.

I replaced the new wine with the old wine, and the effect was greatly reduced.

Of course, a work is meant to be written for people to see, no matter what the original draft is or what factors affect it during the creation period, the finished product is what it is, and if there is any inadequacy, it is insufficiency.

Moreover, when I did the survey, I did find that most people were not optimistic about the project of designing a card game. Therefore, even if it was written according to the original plan, ignoring the opinions of others, the market may not accept it, and the results may not be better than now.

This also involved another mistake I realized I had made in this book.

At the beginning, The Giant of Light was my first entry, and Duel City was my first book. What the two books had in common when they opened the hole was that no one was optimistic at first.

The theme elements of Ultraman did not become popular when the giant of light opened the pit. Although the author is not without, but at that time there is no one of the boutique. (already available now)

Incorporating Ultraman into the Marvel elements that were popular at the time was actually a somewhat dangerous move. As I mentioned in the testimonials of that book, the first draft was also rejected by several editors, and it was almost aborted. And if I remember correctly, it should be the first boutique book of Ultraman elements from the starting point.

Not to mention the duel city. If the Giant of Light book at least borrowed the Marvel background of the fire at that time, then the starting point of a pure Yu-Gi-Oh fan like Duel City was even more outrageous at that time.

Even the editor who was already familiar with me at the time sent me a private message to stamp me when they received the manuscript, asking if I had thought about it seriously, because she felt that 99% of the time, such a niche subject would be thrown.

Later, everyone also knew that Duel City is not only the first Yu-Gi-Oh boutique, but also the first million-order book. It has been in the top ten best-selling light novels for several months in a row.

The point is that although my previous books were small, they were all things that I was interested in, things I wanted to write. It's the kind of overwhelming passion that kicks in when you pick up the pen, the urge to turn all your inspiration into storytelling.

This is the second problem with this book, the lack of passion.

Many authors may encounter this problem. Everyone may have entered the pit because of interest at first, because they wanted to write a story they liked and tell it to more like-minded people, so they picked up the pen. But over time, as the initial passion wears off, everyone inevitably expects better data and better results.

So in order to achieve better results, we began to study the wind direction, began to learn to compromise, to study and adapt to the market. This is an essential link and step, during which we will learn skills and understand the preferences of the market, but at the same time, we may also lose our original things.

If you want to write a touching story~www.wuxiamtl.com~ you must first be moved by your own story.

This was one of the biggest mistakes I made during the writing of this book, and I hope I won't make it again.

In addition, this time I also found some writing problems and learned a lot of technical things, which can be regarded as a gain.

If a new book is to be published, it should be published as soon as possible, but the subject matter is still to be determined.

Recently, I became addicted to Ba Ye's new song "M87", and it's almost inside the brain. However, the new Ultraman movie has not been imported in China until now, and the resources cannot be found. Without Brother Man, it feels like 10,000 Jadons are crawling all over...

Maybe try going back and re-opening this special shot related?

Let’s talk about it, let’s see where we can find our passion and motivation in the past two days.

But anyway, thank you very much for your support. Hope to bring you better works in the future.
